Fried Tempe ( Tempe Goreng )

Tempe is one of my favorite source of protein..beside it is our traditional food in Indonesia. Frying tempe for us is very easy, but not for people who does not familiar with. Many times I went to Asian supermarket in my city, a lots of non Indonesian people asked how to process this tempe. Here I will share how to fry tempe my version. This method is super easy and the result you will have crispy  fried tempe. You wil need frying pan for this. The ingredients : Tempe  ( as much as you like ) Salt Coriander powder Garlic powder Oil for frying Steps : 1. Slice tempe with approximately 0.5 cm thickness. 2. Cut the middle of tempe, just little bit... ( optional ), I love to do this because it make the tempe more and more crispy and also the spices come through in to the tempe. 3. springle with all spices the both side. 4. prepare the pan with oil 5. and fry tempe until the both side golden brown. 6. done. Magic Cake versi Vanilla

Akhirnya bikin cake ini , disebut Magic Cake karena hanya dengan satu adonan bisa menghasilkan 3 macam lapisan kue. Kali ini coba yang rasa vanilla. Setelah menimbang dan membaca-baca aneka resep di google, pilihan jatuh ke resep dari :  Emojoie Cuisine, berikut resepnya : Untuk loyang 1 x diameter 18 cm ( tinggi loyang saya pakai 8 cm ). Alasi loyang dengan baking paper, atau spray dengan cairan anti lengket. Set oven pada suhu 150°C Bahan-bahan : 3 buah kuning telor 90 gram gula pasir 1 sdm air 90 gram mentega cair 90 gram tepung protein rendah 1 sdt vanilla extract sejimpit garam 375 ml susu 3 buah putih telor Langkah-langkah : 1. masukkan ke dalam baskom : air + kuning telor + gula , mixer sampai creamy ( saya aduk manual menggunakan  balloon whisk ). 2. masukkan mentega cair sedikit demi sedikit sambil diaduk rata. 3. masukkan tepung sambil diayak, ke dalam baskom, aduk rata. 4. masukkan vanilla extract dan garam, aduk rata.
