Abondigas en salsa de tomate ( Spanish meatballs in tomato sauce )

O riginal recipe by Karlos Arguinanõ - Receta de  Albóndigas  en salsa de tomate Ingredients for 4 person : 400 gram mince beef 200 gram mince chicken / pork 100 gram bread crumbs 150 - 200 gram milk 1 eggs flour ( just enough to roll the meatball ) olive oil  salt & pepper 4 garlic ( chopped , 2 pcs for the sauce and 2 pcs for the meatball ) 1 onion ( chopped ) 1 kg tomato (  roughly copped )  1 tbsp. brown sugar 2 tbsp. soy sauce parsley ( roughly chopped ) Methods : To make the meatballs, in a bowl, combine the bread crumb + milk, then add the meat+ egg + garlic + parley  + salt and pepper. Knead with your hand until all the ingredients are fully incorporated and evenly distributed throughout the mixture.  Using your hands, shape the mixture into tiny meatballs, rolled them in to the flour. Kepiting Goreng Mentega ala Mintje

Bahan-bahan : - 4 buah kepiting segar - 4 sdm mentega - 2 sdm minyak kelapa - 4 buah bawang putih, cincang halus - 1 sdm cabe kering ( chili flakes ), atau bisa pakai cabai segar dipotong halus - 2 buah daun onclang, potong +/- 2 cm -  garam secukupnya Langkah-langkah : Panaskan oven 200° C Cuci bersih kepiting, belah dua, di dalam kepiting akan ditemukan cairan kuning,  seperti mentega ( butter crabs ), ambil dan kumpulkan cairan-cairan tersebut. Dalam wajan panas ( saya pakai wajan yang tahan  untuk suhu oven ), masukkan mentega dan minyak goreng, tumis bawang putih sampai harum, kemudian masukkan butter crabs nya + cabe + daun bawang + garam, masak sebentar  (3 menitan ) Masukkan kepiting, aduk-aduk agar semua bagian kepiting terlumuri bumbu, tutup wajan, biarkan sampai kepiting berwarna merah. Honey Mustard Chicken

Original recipe from :  cafedelites.com Serving : 4 people Dressing / Marinade: 1/3 cup honey 3 tablespoons whole grain mustard 2 tablespoons smooth and mild Dijon mustard 2 tablespoons olive oil 1-2 tablespoons Apple cider vinegar (or white vinegar), (OPTIONAL -- to cut through the sweetness) 1 teaspoon minced garlic Salt to season 4 skinless and boneless chicken thighs or chicken breasts For Salad: 4 cups Romaine lettuce leaves , washed 2 large tomatoes, tiny sliced 1 large avocado , pitted and sliced 1 cup yellow paprika, cubed 1/4 of a red onion , sliced 1 cup cucumber, cubed Instructions Whisk marinade / dressing ingredients together to combine.
