What we will need :
- lettuce + parsley
- shrimp + 1 garlic ( crushed ) + 1 tbsp. coconut oil
- fresh : carrot + celery stalk + cucumber ( cut in to julienne )
- mayonaise
- chili pepper flake ( optional )
Steps :
1. wash lettuce and parsley, cut as necessary, put on nice plate .
2. put oil on hot pan, stir-fry shrimp.
3. put the cooked shrimp on the plate and splash with pepper flake.
4. meanwhile pour the oil and garlic all over the vegetables on the plate.
5. prepare small bowl for the vegetables' julienne and served with mayonaise.
6. enjoy your shrimp salad.
