The spices for fillet turkey / chicken:
2 pcs fillet turkey, cut in cube
1 tsp curry powder
1 tsp honey
2 pcs grated garlic
1 tsp tamarind sauce
salt as needed
2 tbsp cooking oil ( I use coconut oil )
Peanut sauce :
peanut ( grill and grinded )
water as needed
chili ( optional )
lemon juice
salt as needed
Vegetables :
baby lettuce
coriander leaf
Steps :
1. to process the turkey, marinade the turkey/chicken with all the spices listed above ( except the salt ) for about 30 minutes. Then put on the hot pan with oil, stir-fry until the turkey well done, seasoning with salt. done.
2. combine grinded peanut, chili and water just become smooth paste, then seasoning with lemon juice and salt.
3. cut the vegetables as needed.
4. enjoy the tasty salad
